1. Overview

This No-Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services (the “Services”) provided by Twomarkup (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website at https://twomarkup.com/ or any other agreed-upon channels. By purchasing or using our Services, you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Scope of Services

While we frequently offer leaked course removal and business process optimization, we may also provide other services from time to time, either upon request or as part of a specialized solution. All Services are delivered online and are subject to a signed agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines. The project duration can vary from a few days to several weeks, depending on the complexity.

3. Agreements and Timelines

  1. Signed Agreement: Clients are typically required to sign an agreement via PandaDoc before project commencement. This agreement includes project scope, deliverables, payment terms, and a mutually agreed-upon completion timeline.
  2. Flexible Delivery: As each project differs, the start and end dates, as well as milestones, will be clarified in the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Upfront Payment: In most cases, Clients pay upfront for the Services. In some long-term relationships, we may allow payment after completion.
  2. No Refunds: All payments made to us are final, as set forth in Section 5 below.

5. No-Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Once payment is made and the agreement is signed, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Because our Services—regardless of type—require significant time, expertise, and resources, all fees associated with any project are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, project fees and consultation fees.

7. Dispute Resolution

  1. Open Communication: We encourage Clients to first reach out to us at [email protected] to discuss any concerns regarding our Services.
  2. Amicable Resolution: Both parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication.
  3. Further Action: If a resolution cannot be reached, legal or mediation avenues may be pursued according to the governing law stated below.
